A couple of Saturdays ago, we took the girls to a local pumpkin patch. We had so much fun searching for our perfect pumpkins, and left with 3 big ones and two "baby pumpkins" that Addison picked out for Gracelyn.
Here is the one picture that i got of us at the pumpkin patch...my batteries were completely dead, and I had to take this one quick before it shut off!
This weekend we carved our pumpkins. We tried and tried to get Addison to pull out the pumpkin guts, but she was completely disgusted by them. She would use a spoon, grimace, and wipe her hands on a rag any time they got slimy.
This was the pumpkin that Ryan carved for Addison...Dora! Her favorite. He worked on it for a couple of hours.. and everytime he sees it outside he compliments himself for his superior pumpkin carving skills.
The next two pumpkins were carved by yours truly.
Us with our pumpkins...Addison picked out and put on her own pajamas. She was so proud of herself!
This little sweety missed all of the pumkin carving action. Maybe next year she will be able to stay awake!
