update on the house...

so our offer was denied...we counter offered 1000 dollars above asking price, but unfortunately someone else offered 2500 above asking price so we didn't get the town home. however, we put an offer on a unit that is exactly the same for the same amount of money, and it was ACCEPTED...just waiting on the bank now :) yay! hopefully the loan goes through!
