So we finally decided that the one bedroom, teenie tiny apartment that we have been living in for the last year is just not going to cut it anymore. It has been so nice of the Clements to let us live in their basement...and you can't beat the price, (free!) but since Addison has been born it has been more than a little bit cramped. Who knew that such a little person would accumulate such a huge amount of everything!
So we have been shopping around... and we finally found a cute townhome that we put an offer on yesterday. It is only a few years old, has everything I want, (A/C, 3 bdr, garage, DISHWASHER, etc..) and it was foreclosed so we will be getting a great deal. If we get it, we plan on putting in new carpet, painting, and doing a few upgrades....which i am super excited about.
We are supposed to get an answer by Monday at 5:00 so I guess we will see if it works out! These are a few pictures that are pretty crappy but will give you the basic idea.

so some other people offered 1500 dollars more than us..so they ended up getting that unit. but we put another offer on a different unit that is exactly the same. and so it begins!
