Barbie's and Babies.

Addison has been packing around three Barbie's for the past while. She calls them 'Mommy, Daddy, and Bardie'.

Last night she INSISTED on sleeping with all three in her bed. An hour after we thought she was sleeping, I heard her singing in her room. Ryan went up to investigate, and found her lying in bed singing primary songs and having long conversations with her Barbies about how it was time to snuggle and go 'Ni-Night'.

This morning, she climbed up into my bed, and was saying a prayer with her Barbie's. This is how it went:

"Dea a Fada
Thanka for day
For a Mommy
For Daddy
For Bardie...
Uh oh....Addie peed da Momma's bed.
Amen."

And she totally did.
Oh the joys of having a two year old!

Pregnancy Update: I am 16 weeks along, and I felt our baby kick a few nights ago! Ryan felt it for the first time last night. For such a small little thing, (about the size of an avacado...or so it says in my baby books) this baby has a pretty good kick! I have my next appointment tomorrow, so hopefully we can get our ultrasound booked to find out what we are having! My belly is definitely starting to poke out...I wore a maternity dress to church yesterday, and I actually looked pregnant. :)

Ryan and I were comparing this pregnany with when I was pregnant with Addison and we both agree that we are so much more excited (instead of nervous) about having a newborn again. After feeling the baby kick last night, it was all of a sudden real for him that we are having another baby. I think it is different for Dads than it is for Moms, because they don't get to have the experience of being pregnant. We can't wait to find out if this little kicker is a boy or a girl!

I love the prayer!
It's crazy that such a tiny baby can make ya feel so sick. I hope your nausea is diminshing :)
