I have been trying to make healthy/low calorie meals for dinner lately. Last night everyone loved my baked salmon, garlic toast, and asparagus. But some nights things don't go quite as well.
Here was my attempt at Veggie Burgers:
I loved mine, and ate the whole thing.
Addison ate everything but the burger. She wouldn't even taste it!
Ryan took a few bites (with a pained look on his face), then went and made himself and Addison some PB&J sandwiches.
I guess that meal was a fail. :)
