EISF

The state fair. A place where $100 can be spent in 5 minutes. (or four hours in our family's case) Rides, greasy delicious food, farm animals, random shopping, and crazed crowds...who needs Disney Land! It was a day of dirt, sun, and fun. A great way to say goodbye to summer! The girls both came home exhausted, sticky (from cotton candy), and holding brand new stuffed animals--Addison's sock monkey 'Watermelon', and Gracelyn's baby horse 'Britches'. Also--turkey legs are kind of a big deal. They make you feel like a barbarian....it a good way. There's nothing quite like sinking your teeth into a caveman sized piece of meat. :)
